CANCELLATIONS: We realize that plans can change.  We will be happy to reschedule your stay when rooms are available and all your Advance Payments will be applied at 100% value against any new confirmed reservation.  If you need to cancel entirely, we will gladly issue a Credit back to you using your original payment method at 100% of your Advance Payment if we are notified in writing (E-Mail) at least 48 hours * prior to your Check In time of 10:30am EST on what would have been your first day of stay.  A $50 Cancellation Fee will be charged after that time and will be deducted before any Credits are issued.
